Your First Visit
Welcome and Patient Forms
Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet you and welcome you as a member of our family. You will be asked to fill out our required forms which can be found in the New Patient Center of the website. These forms provide us with information about you and your health. If you would like to save some time, you may obtain the forms online, print them, and bring them with you to your visit.
Nerve Scan
Next, a member of our staff will conduct a nerve scan to help evaluate your spine and nervous system. The scan takes approximately 10 minutes and is pain-free.

Consultation
Next you will have a consultation with one of our doctors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for our doctors to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will you meet your goals.
Examination
After your consultation, one of our doctors will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend (range of motion) as well as other standard neurologic, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. This complete exam will allow us to determine how best to help you. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to to get a full evaluation of your spine. X-rays help us rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, one of our doctors will give you a report of findings to answer the three most popular questions:
- Can you help me?
- What do you recommend that I do to get better?
- How much is it going to cost?
After discussing with you your history and your goals, examining your spine and reviewing any x-rays or tests, one of our doctors will discuss recommendations with you. On this special visit, you will be given important information about your health. The doctor will explain what chiropractic is and how he intends to help you. You will be presented with a folder containing information specific to your case including examination findings and recommendations for your personal treatment plan and wellness program. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, the doctor may refer you to another type of doctor or practitioner.
